Discounts.
Our regular visitors are rewarded with beneficial rabates. Their level depends on visit frequency and stay expectancy. Additionally individual guests enjoy discounts up to 30% during weekends – Friday till Sunday.*
*Hotel reserves the right to apply weekend prices only at chosen periods. For our guests we offer 20% discount in hotel Restaurant Sonata
Reservation conditions.
Reservations shall be accepted provided that requested number of rooms is available in defined period. All reservations must be confirmed by the hotel.
Group stays
Group prices are dedicated in most cases to companies and travel agencies. Price level are to be negotiated individually with each contractor and cooperation rules and conditions are determined by a contract.
A group consists of at least 10 persons staying in a hotel in accordance with one order and programme.
Reservation conditions.
A group reservation shall be that requested number of rooms is available in defined period. All orders should have a written form and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Cancellation costs – example:
- 45 days before arrival – no costs
- up to 14 days before arrival – 40% of the value of cancelled order
- up to 7 days before arrival – 60% of the value of cancelled order
- NO SHOW - 100% of the value of FIRST NIGHT STAY
Cancellation costs apply also for conference and food orders.
